How To Register
Please note that this is the official SPINE20 Meeting website for registrations and that no other websites, companies, or agencies are authorized to sell the registrations/ hotel booking in any way or to contact you directly.
Registration
Pre-registration will be accepted until 1 August 2022. After this date, only on-site registration will be possible. Advance registrations are preferred to facilitate the planning of the meeting’s scientific sessions and social events.
Registration is mandatory for all faculty (speakers and chairpersons), participants, and attendees. Free registration will be applied for all faculties.
GROUP REGISTRATIONS:
If you would like to register more than 5 delegates and need one collective invoice, please ask for a group account by contacting the Registration Office OIC to registrationSPINE20@oic.it
Advance registrations are preferred in order to facilitate the planning of the Meeting’s scientific sessions and social events.
Off-line registrations and requests of pro-forma/ invoices sent by fax or mail are subject to an additional € 19,00 for administration expenses.

The participant will be able to choose from two types of participation in Spine20, Bali, 2022
Active Participant
The registration fee for Active Participant is USD150 disregards of your choice of offline (on site ) or online (virtual) participation.
Active participant is mainly for the following qualifications:
• Certified spine professionals
• Global spine leader
• Health economist
• Public health leader
• Health strategic planner
• Spine industrial leader, and
• Governmental health official
If you select the Active Participant type you will have two options to choose.
Offline (on-site) active participation
On-site active participants will physically attend the meeting in Bali. The meeting venue will be the Nusa Dua Convention Center (BNDCC), Nusa Dua, Bali.
Application for on-site participation is subject to availability due to Covid-19 social distancing restrictions. Participant acceptance will be based on a first come firs served basis. Please kindly check the latest regulation concerning visiting Bali by clicking the following link here
Online (virtual) active participation
Online active participants, will join the conference through the zoom webinar application. The meeting link will be emailed to you once you complete the registration.
General Attendee
The registration fee for General Attendee is USD50. Only online (virtual) participation will be available. General attendees will join the conference through the zoom webinar application. The meeting link will be emailed once the registration is completed. Attendees will be able to post questions or comments in the chat column throughout the meeting.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Any changes or cancellation request must be officially submitted in writing to the secretariat email spine20@pharma-pro.com
Cancelation deadline and refund policy:
• Any cancelation before 1 July 2022, 75% of the amount paid will be refunded. Any cost incurred due to the refund process will be borne by the participant
• Cancelation between 1 July – 16 July 2022, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded. Any cost incurred due to the refund process will be borne by the participant
• Any cancelation after 16 July 2022, no refund will be made.
Should a delegate not attend the conference, for whatever reasons, no further claims for reimbursement can be made. No refunds shall be offered, where a service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway.
All delegates are urged to take personal travel insurance.
LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
• In the event of serious special or unforeseen circumstances or serious circumstances beyond its control, PT. Pharma-Pro International and the organizing committee of Spine20 shall be entitled to cancel or modify the dates of the event. You shall not be entitled to compensation for any costs or damages incurred as a consequence of such a cancellation or change.
• All delegates are urged to take personal travel insurance.
• PT. Pharma-Pro International and the organizing committee of Spine20 will not be liable for any theft or damage to property and/or persons caused on-site during the congress, by any factor whatever.
• PT. Pharma-Pro International and the organizing committee of Spine20 shall not be held responsible in the event of poisoning or food intoxication during the event.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
Participants can book the accommodation using the provided search link from one of the hotel booking application. However, please feel free to use any other hotel booking applications. Please modify the search based on the preferences (distance to the congress venue, check in and check out dates, hotel types, services, room rate, facilities, etc)
